Betroc Oy has established its foundation in concrete since 1955. The company operated under the name Sodankylän Sementtivalimo until 2003. At that time, due to growth and internationalization, the company's name was changed Betroc Oy.
Betroc Oy is a member of the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT, and participates in Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy's quality control. The company was awarded the Lapland Regional Enterprise Award in 1995 and the Sodankylä Municipal Enterprise Award in 1979.
